1. Platform Role
ONEE operates as a technology intermediary connecting Seekers with independent Guides. ONEE does not provide medical, psychiatric, or clinical services. Guides are independent practitioners solely responsible for the quality, accuracy, and appropriateness of services they offer.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use ONEE. By creating an account you confirm that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate.
3. Bookings & Payments
Payments are processed through Maya (cards, QRPH InstaPay, Maya wallet) and direct bank transfer. ONEE retains a 15% platform fee. Guides receive 85% of gross booking revenue, disbursed on the 1st of each month. Refunds for cancellations within 24 hours of a confirmed session are at Guide discretion.
4. Conduct
Users agree not to harass, impersonate, or defame other users; not to circumvent platform payments by arranging off-platform transactions; and not to misuse the messaging or booking system for spam or solicitation.
5. Glimmers & Reviews
Glimmer reviews must be honest, experience-based, and not incentivized. ONEE reserves the right to remove reviews that violate community standards without notice.
6. Intellectual Property
The ONEE platform, brand, Glimmer Vault™, BarterBliss℠, and SoulTech category terminology are proprietary to ONEE. Unauthorized reproduction or commercial use is prohibited.
7. Limitation of Liability
ONEE is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from Guide-Seeker interactions. Your use of the platform is at your own risk.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Disputes shall be resolved through the courts of Makati City. SEC Registration: November 2025.
Privacy Policy

Data We Collect
We collect your name, email address, and profile information when you sign up. Because ONEE is an astrology-based platform, we also collect your birth date, birth time, and birth city where you provide them, to calculate your sun/moon/rising signs and birth chart — this is used to personalize your experience and generate guide matches, and is treated as sensitive personal information under the Philippine Data Privacy Act. We collect booking and payment transaction data to operate the platform. We collect usage data (session duration, features used) in aggregate to improve the service.
Your Private Data
Journal entries, Soul Canvas drawings, and emotion check-ins are stored locally on your device and optionally synced to your account. These are private by default and are never shared with Guides or third parties.
How We Use Your Data
We use your data to match you with Guides, process payments, send booking reminders, and personalize your experience. We do not sell your personal data. We do not share it with advertisers.
Push Notifications
If you opt into push notifications, we store your device's push subscription key on our servers solely to send session reminders and ONEE updates. You can revoke permission at any time in device settings, or turn off specific notification types in Settings.
AI-Assisted Features
Certain features (journal reflections, the Symbol Oracle, and guide credential verification) use Anthropic's Claude AI model to generate responses. Content you submit for these features is sent to Anthropic for processing and is subject to Anthropic's own data handling practices in addition to ours.
Data Retention & Deletion
You can permanently delete your account and personal data at any time from Settings → Your Data → Delete My Account, or by emailing us. Deletion removes your profile, journal, and personal identifiers immediately; payment/booking records are retained in de-identified form for 7 years as required by Philippine tax law. You can also download a copy of your data at any time from Settings → Your Data → Download My Data.
Third-Party Services
We use Firebase (Google) for authentication, Maya for payment processing, Supabase for file/image storage, Anthropic (Claude) for AI-assisted features, and Railway for backend hosting. Each third party has its own privacy policy and data handling practices.

Guides share their gifts, wisdom, and practice. No one diagnoses, prescribes medical treatment, or positions any offering as a substitute for clinical care. We work alongside medicine, not instead of it.

This community includes people in real pain. We do not exploit vulnerability. We do not create false urgency, manufacture fear, or use spiritual language to manipulate. Exploitation of any kind results in immediate removal.

ONEE holds many traditions, modalities, and belief systems. We do not rank, invalidate, or compete. Your path is not more true than another. Curiosity is welcome. Contempt is not.

We Keep This Space Safe for Truth
False credentials, plagiarized content, fabricated reviews, and impersonation are prohibited. Guides are accountable for the accuracy of their credentials. Seekers are accountable for genuine engagement.
∞ THE SIXTH AGREEMENT
We Protect Privacy as Sacred
What is shared in session stays in session. Recordings, screenshots, or any sharing of private content without explicit consent is a violation. Treat every story you receive here as a trust.

We Report. We Do Not Retaliate.
If something feels wrong, report it. Do not publicly shame or harass. The Council reviews all concerns with care and acts swiftly. Retaliation against someone who reports is treated as a separate violation.
