Synchronee City owns and operates the ONEE technology platform. ONEE supports discovery, listings, communication, booking, payment facilitation, community participation, customer support, complaint handling, privacy and platform safety.
Except where Synchronee City is expressly identified as the direct seller or provider, products and services listed on ONEE are offered by independent Guides, merchants, practitioners or third-party providers.
5 · Independent Guides
A Guide is an independent provider approved to offer services or experiences through ONEE. Guides are not employees, partners, representatives, agents or franchisees of Synchronee City merely because they are listed on or receive bookings through the platform.
Each Guide remains responsible for their qualifications, licences, credentials and professional standing; the accuracy of their profile, listings, prices and availability; the lawful, ethical and professional delivery of their services; appropriate screening, informed consent and service limitations; and their professional, tax, privacy and regulatory obligations.
Platform verification or approval does not guarantee a particular personal, professional, health or wellness outcome.
6 · Wellness disclosure
ONEE supports wellness, self-reflection, personal development and human connection.
Unless expressly delivered by a qualified and licensed healthcare professional acting within the lawful scope of their practice, ONEE content, tools, sessions, devices, interpretations and experiences are not medical services.
