We use information to operate your account, complete transactions, provide platform features, connect you with relevant services, protect the community, improve ONEE, and comply with legal obligations.
Your choices
You control what you share through your profile, community features, private journals and optional location settings.
You may request access, correction, blocking, deletion or another available privacy right under Philippine law.
Privacy Policy
1 · Personal Information Controller
Synchronee City Wellness Technologies Corp. acts as the Personal Information Controller for personal data processed through ONEE, except where another party is separately identified as responsible for its own processing.
We process personal data in accordance with Republic Act No. 10173, the Data Privacy Act of 2012, its Implementing Rules and Regulations, and relevant issuances of the National Privacy Commission.
2 · Information we may collect
2.1 Account information
Name, birth date or age confirmation, pronouns, profile image, username, email address, mobile number, password credentials and account identifiers.
2.2 Profile and preference information
Interests, intentions, selected profile details, astrological information voluntarily provided, wellness interests, communication preferences and visibility settings.
2.3 Booking and transaction information
Bookings, purchases, memberships, vouchers, service history, payment status, refunds, receipts, invoices, payout information and transaction references. Complete card numbers and card security codes are generally processed by authorised payment providers and are not directly retained by Synchronee City.
2.4 Wellness and service information
Information voluntarily provided for screening, preparation, informed consent, safety, service suitability or communication with a Guide. Some information may qualify as sensitive personal information and will be processed only when reasonably necessary and supported by an appropriate lawful basis.
2.5 Community and user content
Profiles, posts, comments, Glimmers, messages, connections, journal entries, dreams, synchronicities, reflections, uploads, reports and support communications.
2.6 Guide information
Professional profiles, credentials, qualifications, listings, schedules, payment details, payout records, compliance information and platform communications.
2.7 Location information
Approximate location, selected area, distance information, or device location when the User enables location-based features.
2.8 Technical information
Device type, operating system, browser, IP address, login activity, cookies, session information, diagnostic records, security logs and feature interactions.
3 · Purposes of processing
Personal data may be processed to create and manage accounts; verify age, identity, credentials or eligibility; provide memberships, content, bookings, community functions and platform tools; process purchases, payments, payouts, cancellations and refunds; connect Users with Guides, services, products, experiences and other Users; enable optional location and proximity features; personalise relevant platform experiences; provide support and resolve complaints; prevent fraud, protect Users, secure ONEE and enforce platform policies; maintain legal, tax, regulatory, accounting and transaction records; improve platform safety, performance, accessibility and design; send transactional, security, booking and policy communications; send marketing communications where consent has been provided or another lawful basis applies; and comply with lawful requests and legal obligations.
4 · Lawful basis
Processing may be based on the User's consent; performance of a contract or steps requested before entering a contract; compliance with a legal obligation; protection of lawful rights and interests; protection of life and health where permitted by law; or another lawful basis recognised under Philippine law.
Where processing depends on consent, the User may withdraw consent subject to legal and operational limitations.
5 · Information sharing
Information may be shared when reasonably necessary with Guides connected to a User's booking; payment processors, banks, instalment providers and payout partners; hosting, analytics, security, communications and customer support providers; delivery, logistics, venue or event partners; auditors, accountants, insurers, legal counsel and professional advisers; government agencies, regulators, courts or law enforcement where legally required; and a lawful successor involved in a merger, restructuring, financing, acquisition or transfer of business assets.
Synchronee City does not sell personal data as a standalone commercial product.
6 · Guides as independent providers
Guides receive only the information reasonably necessary to manage and deliver the relevant service. A Guide may separately act as a Personal Information Controller for information collected directly within their independent professional relationship with a User. Questions about a Guide's independent processing may need to be directed to that Guide.
7 · Public and private content
Profile information and content submitted to public or community areas may be visible to other eligible Users according to the User's settings. Private journal entries, payment records, identity records and non-public account data are not intentionally displayed publicly.
Users should avoid sharing information in community spaces that they do not want others to see, capture, save or disclose.
8 · Location features
Location-based features are optional. ONEE may use approximate location to show relevant people, Guides, services, experiences or community signals. A precise residential address will not be publicly displayed through People Near You unless the User intentionally shares it through another feature.
Location permission may be withdrawn through device or platform settings. Relevant proximity features may stop functioning when permission is withdrawn.
9 · Data retention
Personal data is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to operate ONEE; fulfil transactions and memberships; resolve complaints and disputes; prevent fraud and maintain security; meet legal, tax, accounting and regulatory obligations; and establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
When information is no longer reasonably required, it will be securely deleted, anonymised, blocked or disposed of according to applicable requirements.
10 · Cross-border processing
Authorised technology providers may process or store information outside the Philippines. Where cross-border processing occurs, appropriate contractual, organisational and security safeguards will be required.
11 · Security
Synchronee City applies reasonable administrative, organisational, physical and technical safeguards designed to protect personal data. No digital environment is entirely free from security risk.
Where a personal data breach requires notification, affected data subjects and the National Privacy Commission will be notified within the period required by applicable law.
12 · Data subject rights
Subject to applicable legal conditions, a data subject may exercise the right to be informed; access personal data; object to certain processing; correct inaccurate or incomplete information; request erasure, blocking or deletion where applicable; request data portability where applicable; withdraw consent; seek compensation for damage resulting from a violation of privacy rights; and file a complaint with the National Privacy Commission.
Identity verification may be required before a request is processed.
13 · Cookies and similar technologies
ONEE may use cookies, local storage, analytics tools and similar technologies to maintain sessions, remember preferences, measure performance, prevent fraud and improve platform functionality. Optional technologies may be controlled through available consent settings or browser controls.
14 · Marketing communications
Promotional messages may be sent where consent has been provided or where otherwise permitted by law. Users may unsubscribe through the control provided in the message or by contacting Customer Support. Essential booking, transaction, account, security and policy notices may continue while the account remains active.
15 · Adults only
ONEE is intended exclusively for persons aged eighteen years and above. Synchronee City does not knowingly create accounts for or intentionally collect personal data from persons below eighteen. An account identified as belonging to an underage person may be restricted, and the information may be deleted subject to safety and legal requirements.
