By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to the ONEE Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, Return and Refund Policy, and the specific conditions shown before a booking or purchase.

Terms and Conditions
1 · Acceptance
By visiting ONEE, creating an account, making a booking, purchasing a membership, submitting content or otherwise using the platform, the User agrees to these Terms and Conditions, the Privacy Policy, the Return and Refund Policy, and any transaction-specific conditions displayed before confirmation.
2 · Eligibility
ONEE is restricted to persons aged eighteen years and above. The User represents that they are at least eighteen years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement. Reasonable age or identity verification may be requested for security, payment, service suitability or legal compliance.
3 · Accounts
The User agrees to provide accurate and current information; protect account credentials; use the account only for lawful purposes; notify ONEE of suspected unauthorised access; and accept responsibility for activity performed through the account, except where caused by a security failure attributable to the Company.
Accounts may not be sold, transferred, shared or created through impersonation.
4 · Platform role
ONEE provides technology supporting discovery, communication, booking, payment facilitation, digital access, community participation, customer support and platform safety.
Except where Synchronee City is expressly identified as the direct provider or seller, services and products are independently offered by Guides, practitioners, merchants or third-party providers.
5 · Guides
Guides are independent service providers and are responsible for their qualifications, credentials, licences and professional standing; the accuracy of their profiles and listings; delivery of their services; appropriate screening and informed consent; and their professional, ethical, tax, privacy and legal duties.
A Guide's presence on ONEE does not guarantee a specific result or establish an employment, partnership, agency or franchise relationship with Synchronee City.
6 · Bookings
Material booking information will be displayed before payment and may include the provider, description, inclusions, price, schedule, location, preparation requirements and cancellation conditions.
A booking is confirmed only after successful payment and the issuance of confirmation. The User is responsible for reviewing the booking information before confirming the transaction.
7 · Payments
Prices are displayed in Philippine pesos unless another currency is expressly indicated. The total amount payable will be shown before payment confirmation.
Payments may be processed through authorised payment processors, banks, card networks, digital wallets or instalment providers. Synchronee City generally does not directly store complete payment card numbers or card security codes.
Transactions may be cancelled or reviewed where there is a reasonable indication of fraud, duplicate processing, unauthorised use, payment failure or material pricing error.
8 · Memberships
Membership benefits and billing cycles will be displayed before subscription. Automatically renewing memberships continue until cancelled. Cancellation must be completed before the next billing date to prevent renewal.
Cancellation ordinarily stops future charges and does not create a refund for the active billing period, subject to the Return and Refund Policy and applicable law.
9 · Wellness disclaimer
ONEE supports wellness, self-reflection, personal development and community connection.
Unless delivered by an appropriately licensed healthcare professional within the lawful scope of their practice, ONEE offerings do not constitute medical diagnosis, medical treatment, psychotherapy, psychiatric care, emergency assistance or regulated healthcare advice.
No specific health, emotional, personal, professional, financial, spiritual or wellness outcome is guaranteed. The User remains responsible for reviewing safety information, disclosing relevant conditions, completing required screening, and consulting a qualified healthcare professional where appropriate.
10 · Digital and interpretive tools
Journaling tools, decoders, prompts, intuitive reflections, symbolic interpretations, community insights and technology-assisted content are provided for reflection and personal exploration. They must not be treated as medical, psychological, legal, financial or other regulated professional advice. The User remains responsible for decisions made using these features.
11 · Community content
The User remains responsible for content they submit. By submitting content, the User grants Synchronee City a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, format, display and transmit the content only as reasonably necessary to operate and secure the selected features.
Content intentionally posted to community spaces may be visible to other Users. Private journal entries will be handled according to the feature description and privacy setting displayed in ONEE.
12 · Location features
Location features are optional. If enabled, approximate location may be used to show nearby people, Guides, services and experiences. Users remain responsible for the profile information they choose to make visible. Location permission may be withdrawn through available device or platform settings.
13 · Prohibited conduct
Users may not commit fraud, deception, theft or unlawful activity; harass, threaten, stalk, exploit or discriminate; impersonate another person or misrepresent credentials; publish unlawful, infringing, defamatory, violent or sexually exploitative content; expose another person's private information without lawful authority; record a session or person without required consent; circumvent payments or security controls; introduce malicious code or attempt unauthorised access; scrape protected platform information; use User information for unauthorised solicitation; or intentionally compromise another person's safety.
Violations may result in removal of content, cancellation of bookings, account restriction, suspension, termination, preservation of evidence, or referral to the appropriate authority.
14 · Intellectual property
ONEE, Synchronee City, their names, logos, interfaces, software, databases, designs, tools, written materials, guided content, recordings and original platform materials are owned by or licensed to Synchronee City.
Users receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access ONEE for lawful personal and non-commercial purposes. Protected materials may not be reproduced, modified, sold, distributed, scraped, reverse engineered, sublicensed or commercially exploited without authorisation.
15 · Third-party services
ONEE may connect to payment processors, hosting providers, communication tools, maps, analytics services and external websites. Third parties operate under their own terms and privacy practices. Synchronee City is not responsible for independent services or circumstances outside its reasonable control.
16 · Platform availability
ONEE may experience temporary interruption because of maintenance, security measures, provider outages, connectivity problems, updates or circumstances outside the Company's reasonable control. Features may be improved, modified, suspended or discontinued.
Where a material change affects a paid entitlement or confirmed transaction, an appropriate remedy will be provided consistent with applicable law.
17 · Account restriction and closure
An account may be restricted, suspended or closed where reasonably necessary to address fraud or unlawful conduct; harassment or safety concerns; material policy violations; payment disputes or abuse; or account compromise or cybersecurity risk. Where appropriate, the User will receive notice and an opportunity to respond.
A User may request account closure through Customer Support. Closure does not automatically cancel outstanding transactions, payment obligations, disputes or legally required records.
18 · Limitation of liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
To the extent permitted by law, Synchronee City is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, speculative or consequential loss arising from reliance on wellness, interpretive or community content; the independent acts or omissions of a Guide, merchant, venue or third-party provider; information voluntarily shared with another User or Guide; or events outside the Company's reasonable control.
This limitation does not apply to fraud, gross negligence, wilful misconduct, violation of mandatory consumer rights, or another liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
19 · Changes to these Terms
The Terms may be revised to reflect platform, operational, safety or legal changes. The current version and effective date will be published through ONEE. Reasonable notice will be provided where a change materially affects User rights or obligations.
20 · Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Subject to mandatory consumer protections and competent regulatory authority, unresolved legal proceedings may be brought before the proper courts of Makati City or another venue required or permitted by law.
The internal, good-faith and escalation process is set out in the Customer Service and Dispute Resolution Policy.
21 · Severability
If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply. The affected provision will be limited only to the extent necessary to make it lawful and enforceable.
