ONEE exists so people can meet real Guides, real practices, and one another safely. These guidelines apply to every Seeker, Guide, and participant, everywhere on the platform ~ profiles, offerings, gatherings, messages, feedback, and community spaces. They form part of the Terms & Conditions.
1 · Be lawful, respectful, and consensual
- Treat every person with dignity ~ in sessions, messages, and public content.
- Consent governs every interaction. Pressure, coercion, and boundary-crossing are violations.
- No harassment, hate speech, discrimination, stalking, threats, or intimidation.
- No sexual content or advances in a service context.
2 · Be honest
- Use your real identity; impersonation is prohibited.
- Describe services, credentials, and experience accurately. Do not claim licenses or results you cannot substantiate.
- Feedback must reflect a genuine experience ~ no fabricated, traded, or incentivized reviews.
3 · Respect wellness boundaries
- ONEE is not a medical, psychiatric, diagnostic, or emergency-care service. Do not present wellness services as substitutes for licensed healthcare.
- Do not advise anyone to discontinue prescribed treatment.
- If someone is in crisis, direct them to local emergency services first.
4 · Protect privacy
- What is shared with you in a session or conversation stays private.
- Do not publish another person's personal information, images, or story without their consent.
- Keep transactions on the platform ~ off-platform payment requests circumvent the protections both sides rely on.
5 · Keep the space safe
- No fraud, scams, pyramid schemes, or deceptive commercial practices.
- No illegal goods, substances, or services.
- No spam, manipulation of ratings or visibility, or automated scraping.
Reporting and enforcement
Report a concern to align@synchroneecity.co or through Customer Support. Depending on severity, ONEE may remove content, issue a warning, restrict features, or suspend or close an account, consistent with the Terms & Conditions. Where appropriate, the person concerned receives notice and an opportunity to respond. Conduct that may be criminal is referred to the proper authorities.
