Every Guide applies with their practice history and credentials. Applications are reviewed by the ONEE Council before a profile can publish; the Verified mark means the Council has additionally checked a credential the Guide submitted.

Payments on ONEE are securely processed through PayMongo. Available payment methods are displayed during checkout.
PayMongo is ONEE's approved payment processor. Prices are displayed in Philippine pesos, the total amount is shown before confirmation, and a booking is confirmed only after successful payment. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, typically within 5–7 business days.
