These Guide Terms supplement the Terms & Conditions and apply to every person approved to offer services on ONEE ("Guide"). By publishing a profile or offering, the Guide agrees to them.
1 · Applications and review
Every Guide applies with their practice history and credentials. Applications are reviewed by the ONEE Council before a profile can publish. Approval is at ONEE's reasonable discretion and is never guaranteed; the Verified mark means the Council has additionally checked a credential the Guide submitted.
2 · Independence
Guides are independent service providers. Nothing in these terms creates employment, partnership, agency, or franchise with Synchronee City. Guides remain responsible for their own qualifications, licences, professional standing, taxes, and legal duties.
3 · Listings
Every offering must accurately describe the service, price in Philippine pesos, duration, format, inclusions, and cancellation conditions. Guides may not claim credentials ONEE has not verified as verified, promise specific results, or present wellness services as substitutes for licensed healthcare.
4 · Fees and payouts
ONEE charges a platform fee of 15% on paid bookings; the Guide receives 85%. The applicable fee is always shown in the Guide's earnings breakdown before an offering is published. Guides request payouts from their earnings; approved payouts are sent to the Guide's chosen account and typically arrive within 1–2 banking days.
5 · Sessions and conduct
Guides agree to honor confirmed bookings or cancel within the platform's cancellation flow; obtain appropriate informed consent; keep client information confidential; follow the Community Guidelines; and keep transactions on the platform rather than redirecting Seekers to off-platform payment.
6 · Refunds and disputes
When a session does not happen, the Return & Refund Policy governs. Guides cooperate in good faith with dispute resolution and with any refund ONEE is required to process.
7 · Suspension and removal
ONEE may unpublish listings or restrict, suspend, or close a Guide account where reasonably necessary to address safety concerns, material policy violations, fraud, or legal risk, consistent with the Terms & Conditions. Where appropriate, the Guide receives notice and an opportunity to respond.
