How Guides join ONEE
Every Guide applies with their practice history and credentials. Applications are reviewed by the ONEE Council before a profile can publish. The Verified mark means the Council has additionally checked a credential the Guide submitted ~ it does not guarantee a specific outcome, and Guides remain independent providers responsible for their own qualifications and services.
Transparent pricing
The full price in Philippine pesos, what is included, the schedule, and the cancellation conditions are shown before any payment. The total amount payable is displayed before confirmation.
Platform and provider
ONEE operates the technology platform. Except where Synchronee City is expressly identified as the direct provider, services are independently offered by Guides. A Guide's presence on ONEE does not establish employment, partnership, or agency with Synchronee City.
Payments
Payments on ONEE are securely processed through PayMongo. Available payment methods are displayed during checkout.
Cancellations and refunds
Cancellation windows are shown on every offering before payment. When a session does not happen, the Return & Refund Policy governs ~ approved refunds return to the original payment method, typically within 5–7 business days.
Privacy
Journals, messages, bookings, and personal details stay private to the account that owns them. Guides never see your payment credentials, and ONEE never publishes a Guide's personal contact details, identification documents, or banking information. See the Privacy Policy.
Community conduct
Participation on ONEE must remain lawful, respectful and consensual. Harassment, discrimination, exploitation and unsafe conduct are not tolerated ~ see the Community Guidelines.
Reporting a concern
Report any concern ~ about a session, a Guide, another User, or content ~ to align@synchroneecity.co or +63 981 779 6222. Reports are handled by a human, and accounts may be restricted where reasonably necessary for safety.
Wellness boundaries
ONEE is a wellness and personal-development platform, not a medical, psychiatric, diagnostic, or emergency-care provider. Services on ONEE are not substitutes for licensed healthcare. If you are in crisis or in danger, contact local emergency services immediately.
