ONEE is a wellness discovery and booking platform connecting Seekers with independent Guides, meaningful practices, gatherings, and emerging wellness experiences across the Philippines. ONEE operates the technology platform; services are ordinarily provided by independent Guides, and experiences provided directly by Synchronee City are clearly identified as such.
1 · Align
Identify what you need, what you are exploring, and how you prefer to participate ~ online, in person, one-on-one, or in a group.
2 · Discover
Browse Guides, offerings, and gatherings by interest, format, location, schedule, and budget. Every offering shows its full price in Philippine pesos, its duration, its format, and who provides it ~ before you commit to anything.
3 · Connect and book
Open an offering to review the Guide, the price, what is included, the schedule, and the cancellation conditions. When you are ready, book through ONEE's protected checkout. The total amount payable is always shown before payment confirmation, and a booking is confirmed only after successful payment and the issuance of confirmation.
4 · Payment
Payments on ONEE are securely processed through PayMongo. Available payment methods are displayed during checkout.
PayMongo is ONEE's approved payment processor. Prices are displayed in Philippine pesos unless another currency is expressly indicated.
5 · Cancellations and refunds
Cancellation windows are shown on every offering before payment. When a session does not happen, the Return & Refund Policy governs. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, typically within 5–7 business days.
6 · Become
Participate, reflect privately, leave appropriate feedback, and continue your journey through ONEE ~ your journals, messages, and bookings stay private to your account.
